You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. htt789 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Member, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank account or e-wallet details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. htt789 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact htt789 customer support at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. If htt789 identifies that a Member holds more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — htt789 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold or confiscate funds associated with the duplicate Accounts in accordance with htt789's anti-fraud policy.
htt789 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may also be required at registration or following a significant change in account activity.
To complete KYC verification, Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
htt789 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held in a pending state during this period. htt789 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by a Member.
If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe as determined by htt789, or if the documents provided raise concerns regarding identity or fraud, htt789 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access, suspend the Account, or close the Account entirely in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
htt789 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change; please refer to the Deposit page within your Account for the current list.
Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited to a Member's Account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. htt789 processes deposits 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national public holidays.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. htt789 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned (less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider) and the Account will be subject to review.
htt789 accepts no liability for deposits that fail to reach the Platform due to incorrect payment details entered by the Member, technical faults on the part of the Member's bank or e-wallet provider, or insufficient funds at the source account. In the event of a deposit discrepancy, Members should contact support at [email protected] with their transaction reference number.
Members may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Member's own name that match the account details on file.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 business hours following approval. Black Diamond VIP members receive priority processing with a target turnaround of under 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required.
Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

htt789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
htt789 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, and collusion between Members. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Balances and derived winnings forfeited.
htt789 reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not disadvantage Members who have already accepted a bonus and are in the process of satisfying the associated wagering requirements in good faith.
All betting and gaming activities conducted through htt789 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
All sports bets are accepted subject to htt789's sportsbook rules, including rules governing mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, in-play betting, void and postponed events, and maximum payout limits per event and per Member per day. These rules are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform and updated regularly to reflect changes in market conditions.
Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
